Modern Dashboards are Great...
The following modern dashboard was created to breathe new life into our NOC. The dashboard specifically watches high level nodes and interfaces that are used to provide service to our 3K+ FTTH subscribers over 750square miles in rural Western Iowa.
This particular dashboard provides the following:
- Max 24hr Aggregated Bandwidth (Up/Down in Gbs) to our upstream internet BGP. The colors also change based on 80% & 90% usage threshold.
- Color coded Node Status counts. Down node details are below when they exist.
- Color coded Interface Status counts. Down interface details are below when they exist.
- Fiber access shelves CPU/Memory monitoring sorted with highest CPU Desc.
- Core ring Interfaces showing 24hr max utilization (in Gbs).
- Max 24Hr carrier transport cell tower usage in Mbs.
