Hi, I'm new here, I design this one for my dashboard, but you can modify it as you need or wish

For example, you can use TOP n clause, 
or the ORDER BY n clause, or remove Properties from SELECT 
or you can add a WHERE clauses or remove it, for example WHERE (ConnectionStatus) = 2 --#2 is Down Status
