This will alert you if a Transactional Replication Job that has been set to Continuous (not scheduled) and is not running. It will evaluate the status of the replication jobs every 5 minutes and alert immediately if it is not running.
Step 1: Check Replication Features are installed
Step 2: Compile a list of all Replication Agent Jobs Categorized as REPL-Distribution or REPL-LogReader. If not running, return -1 for alerting purposes
