Events are managed at the discretion of the Livecast host. Those hosts often make recordings and slide decks available via email shortly after an event for all registered attendees.

I’m having video streaming issues. What can I do to improve my video streaming quality?
There are several reasons you could be having issues with the video stream. Pay close attention to the tips below to get the best experience possible.
Can I adjust the video stream quality?
The event is available in a variety of bit rates including 1080p HD. If you would like to adjust the stream quality, click on the gear icon and select. Most streaming providers will auto-select a bit rate that matches your Internet speed. If you are getting buffering issues, please select a lower bit rate as your network speed is probably having issues streaming at the higher rate.

My company blocks video streaming or I have bandwidth restrictions. How can I watch live?
Does your company block video streaming or have bandwidth restrictions? Contact the powers that be and get a hall pass to watch the live event. Remember, for many events, the videos will be available for on-demand viewing shortly after the stream. PRO TIP: Watching a video stream can be quite network intensive. Instead of having your team watch independently from their desks, book a meeting room and watch together. Make it a team event.Back to Top
Which browser is best for video streaming?
Chrome is best, followed by Internet Explorer. If all else fails, it is always worth trying Firefox and Safari. If you originally started in Chrome when you first started experiencing issues, try opening the stream and chat in an incognito or private browsing session. While it is rare, you’ll occasionally see multiple livecasts occurring simultaneously. This happens most-often during our annual free THWACKcamp virtual event. You can only participate in one chat room at a time. Please note – you can actually attend two sessions scheduled at the same time, but will only be able to view the presentation of the session you enter first, or chat will not be available altogether.
