Since SolarWinds is moving its Orion suite to the web, it would be great if they would do the same with Kiwi Syslog server. Yes, there is a web page, but its functionality is very limited.
Hello Solarwinds team, Thanks for including AD authentication in Kiwi Syslog. It will be helpful for us if number of user logging to Kiwi should be made unlimited or atleast 50 instead of 5(Similar to orion ).Presently even though AD authentication is configured, more than 5 users cant login to Kiwi. Today the matching used when creating a filter entry for the "level" field is by the word, alphabetic matching. So LessThan Critical would equal just Alert (A is less than C). This causes some confusion as one might think that Emergency, as the most severe/lowest numeric value would match, but it does not (E is not less than C). Due to security requirements, we will only be able to use TLS 1.2 in the future. But the syslog server does not support this. I am requesting that this be enabled so that we can continue to update our syslog database. Thanks

I would like to see TLS 1.2 as an option in Kiwi Syslog WebAccess. Currently, TLS 1.0 is the only available option, however this does not meet the PCI compliance standards that my company must adhere to. Please consider implementing this standard as TLS 1.0 is not considered as secure as it once was.
I would like the ability to acknowledge that I saw/reacted to an event. If multiple users are viewing the events, you don't know if someone else already saw an event and took action on it.
