Hello, I have a user that his DNS hostname is different than DHCP Client name. So how can solve it ?
Is there a way to target specific scopes on a DHCP server rather than having IPAM pull them all in?
I install IPAM only set the alert IP address conflict, remote change same IP address 2 VM and enable neighbor scanning to see arp table but not see IP address conflict and I check on switch show arp I see 1 MAC table.

Hi, When doing a subnet DNS scan, manually or automatically, is it possible to not overwrite hostnames of IP addresses that are not in DNS? If I have set a hostname manually in IPAM, and the scan runs, the hostname that I have entered is deleted, and I would like it to stay if there is nothing for the IP-address in the DNS.
