Candidate Tester
I don't know if this is the proper place to ask this question but I cannot find it anywhere else. Anyone know where I can find documentation on how to release a candidate tester for a specific tool. I am looking into the switch port mapper but, documentation on how to release that with any tool would be helpful.
Ping external URLs
What SolarWind tool can I use to ping external URLs to check round-trip and create reports? My understanding is that Ping Tool can only ping switches, routers, etc. Below is an example of the report we get with the current tool. Thanks

How do I fix the following problem: Activation wizard can not continue because current user does not have enough privileges to activate a license? I do not have support and each time I try to start a ticket I am told I must have support but this my licensed copy of the software.
