Denny Lecompte, VP, Products

bshopp
Brandon Shopp, Group Product Manager - Networking and Product Manager
Brandon has been with SolarWinds for over two years and has been in the technology field and in network management for about 10 years.
bmrad
Brian Radovich, Sr. Product Manager
Ok, so I have been a geek for a long time, starting with an Apple II plus with two disk drives programming in Basic, reading LOTR straight in a sweaty 3-day sitting (thanks Hurricane Alicia), and generally wondering how the universe works. Went to UT for an Aerospace Engineering degree, but with the end of the cold war jobs were scarce. I bounced around for awhile, got an MBA and finally ended up at a startup, Tek-Tools. At Tek-Tools, we built a monitoring and reporting product for Servers, Backups, Storage and Applications, while I went from developer to project manager to product manager and partner liaison. In Jan 2010, Solarwinds bought Tek-Tools, and I was added to the PM team. When my mind actually wonders from making Orion and Profiler better, I am generally spending time with my family, reading, watching sports, arguing politics or tinkering with stuff (it can always be made better), with the occasional camping trip thrown in for good measure.
jonathan.reeve
Jonathan Reeve, Sr. Director, Product Manager
Jonathan has built a career integrating hands-on technical development with senior-level strategic management. Having previously served as the vice president of product strategy for Hyper9, Jonathan was responsible for the company’s flagship product, Virtual Environment Optimization suite. Prior to joining Hyper9, Jonathan drove product management for the network management product line at Smarts, which was acquired by EMC in 2005. Jonathan has a degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD in Computer Networking from the University of Durham (UK).

Christine has experience in both very large and very small tech companies, and thinks that SolarWinds is just right. She’s been in technology for about fifteen years doing project and product management. She loves Austin, but wishes CA would let us move Napa to Texas.

Community Staff
MTorok
Michael Torok, Director, Community
Michael is a guy of great hidden talents… He is creative in tons of ways, is always looking for an adventure, is a very cool Dad, and is always around for a good round of good natured grousing. And yes, he is old enough to remember 300 baud full card modems and the BBS as community. That was the beginning...
DanielleH
Danielle Higgins, thwack Moderator Intern
Danielle is a nomad of sorts, having resided in North Texas, Alaska, Arizona, and South-Central Texas, all within a 6 year span. She is a proud Sun Devil having attended Arizona State University to complete her BS. Her time away from thwack is spent at concerts (it doesn't hurt living in the Live Music Capital), travelling, or stuffing her face in old textbooks.
Information Development Staff
Roger Wong
Roger Wong, Info Dude
Roger is better than a magic 8 ball for answers! He has been known to not only answer questions on thwack, but also over the cube, out the window and across the street! He also has a wealth of knowledge on Geology, Astronomy, and you name it!
Pacetti
Andrew Pacetti, Word Guy
Andrew is a hard "I" introvert on the Myers-Briggs, but when he does speak out, the value is huge! Even when he is not sure about everything around a topic, he knows more than most of us ever will! The most impressive part is that he will have you writing a dissertation before he says he doesn’t know much!
mcbridea
Andy McBride, Techincal Guru
Andy is a body builder, but does it only for comic value. (did you see the video?) He has been spotted on two wheels, two feet, his knees and rumor has it he can stand on his head. We love him because he is quick to answer and easy to like!
Mark Wiggans
Mark Wiggans, Info Dude
Mark is on the SW InfoDev team and is often the "fastest draw" on thwack. He has been with SW for years, previously in a support role. Mark has more than 2,000 posts on thwack. To read more about Mark's super powers...
docwhite
Doug Paris-White, Info Dude, too
If I were a HAL 9000 series computing machine I might be in an operational state on a space vessel somewhere in our little solar system, closer to Jupiter than Earth, with some probability of lethal malfunction; and to understate the obvious, I would not be helping anyone here on thwack.com. But I do or try to help people on thwack.com watch their bits better. Therefore, I am probably not a HAL 9000 series computing machine. I alternate between feeling ambiguously clear (state='0' if you like) and clearly ambiguous (state='1' as it were). I enjoy verbing nouns.
DanaeA
Danae Archuletta, Info Gal
Danae is our new Info Chick. She has over 15 years experience in the technology industry, working with hardware and software. She is also a closet geek and a licensed massage therapist. It makes for an interesting combination! Who else but a geek reads the owner’s manual cover-to-cover on their new corvette? She also comes in very handy for getting those pesky shoulder knots out. Oh, and she's been known to sneeze like a mouse.
Bronx
Dan Rivera, Info Goodfella
Who am I? Let’s start busting apart those stereotypes by saying I am not a cop, thug, fireman, truck driver or Mafioso…anymore. I’m just a goofy programmer, tech writer, pool hustler and all around "love him" or "hate him," big, burly, biker-looking, no-filtered, rambunctious, idiot/pushover. And that really is my ugly mug. Fuggedaboudit!
phil3
Phil Morin, Info Dude
Phil may write documentation from the Post Falls, ID office of SolarWinds, but he is a self-proclaimed resident of Cascadia (see the flag).
Product Development Staff
tdanner
Tim Danner, Product Architect
When his cable modem fails, Tim connects through his cell phone. If that fails, he whistles ZModem into a rotary telephone. Not only is Tim into extreme modems, but he also rode the Houston->Austin MS150 four times and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro (though only once)
josh.clark
Josh Clark, Principal Developer, Orion Family
Josh has been at SolarWinds for 3 years but he's been writing code for over 11 years now. When he's not working he enjoys writing pithy sayings for his thwack profile. He is joyfully waiting for the day when his beloved Texas Aggies will win the College Football National Championship. He is still waiting...
Casey Schmit
casey.schmit, Principal Developer Orion Family
Casey has been at SW for a couple of years and has been involved in doing some kind of software development for 10 years. Rumor has it that he once wrote “I want a pony” in an official design document because no one read them. As it turns out, they do. Casey holds the distinguished honor of managing to get Denny to say Casey was right... Once.
Peter.Cooper
Peter Cooper, Developer for APM
Peter is the founding developer of ipMonitor and has since taken on APM. He is a force to be reckoned with and answers some of the toughest questions on the forums!
Derhally
Zeid Derhally, Product Architect and Nemesis
