MRC "about" says support@DameWare.com is support's email but it's rejected.

I tried to contact Dameware support using the email address provided in the "about MRC" dialog, but the email was rejected. Email to support@SolarWinds.com (it was in my contact list) was also rejected.

Who takes care of this?
