3.Find the folder called 'Debug' in the installed location.

4.Get the file in device name like 'DebugLog-X-<Device Name>' and share it with me (Please disable sensitive info like password as '**********').

5.Let me check it and update you.

    Thanks,

    Nanda

  • Hello Wolliballa,

    Please follow the below steps,

    1.Edit the device info.

2.Get in to variations by click the last tab 'Variations' and click on 'Use Variations>>'.

3.Click on 'Full Prompts' and set as I have attached(CSB-Variations.png).

4.Save the details and run the activity. Still have issues post me the debug log.

    Note:

If you are not having 'Attach' menu just try using 'Advanced Editor' option.

    Thanks,

    Nanda

  • Hallo Nanda,

thank you very much for your help. Now it works.

But I cannot find "Advanced Editor" option. I can also attach an image to a post but no text file.

    Thanks,

    wolliballa

  • Hello Wolliballa,

That is nice to hear that your problem resolved.

See the attachment for 'Advanced Editor'.

    Thanks,

    Nanda
