Web Session Time Out NOC View

So we bought monitors to show NOC views all over the company and now we're finding that web sessions are timing out occasionally which makes it difficult to have 24 hour NOC screens up.

I thought that if pass through SSO is being used this shouldn't be a problem.

Any tips to guarantee 24 hour NOC views?

I have searched but mostly am finding articles from 2008.

I am interested in doing this correctly out of the gate so any tips are appreciated.

Apologies if you have already done this, but did you already change "Disable Session Timeout" under the user configuration to [Yes]?

Yes. But we still have to login occasionally to the web UI. It doesn't stick 24/7.

It's been smooth for a few weeks. But let's face it: it's quirky as fuch.
Still, I could never deploy SA Vision mapping with any confidence. It crashed hourly and was pretty much un-deployable. I would like to see the latest version because I do miss it's power compared to SolarWinds. I need more than Nodes on my maps.
SolarWinds is quirky but it didn't scare me enough to avoid spending $20,000 worth of Sharp big screens.
My only issue is Network Atlas is buggified if not using a background template. I have now seen the light however, and will export visios and drop Nodes on the background.
If SolarWinds could get more granular with objects like SA Vision & SCOM I would be in SysEngineering Heaven, in the hot tub, with my soulmate.
