WLC Backup is empty

Hi there

Im trying to do a backup of our Cisco WLC-Config with Kiwi Cattools. Right now the version of Kiwi Cattools is 3.9.1.

After searching the entire board here I managed to run a Device.Backup.TFTP job without an error. Unfortunately the backup file is empty and I have no clue why.

in the "File to write to TFTP Server" field I typed "config" in...

Anyone an idea? Thanks in advance!

Can you try the below,
In the "File to write to TFTP Server" field just input "running-config".

Can you please try the text config by using Device.BackupRunning Config activity?
