multiple users/root dir

We are using Solarwinds SFTP/SCP Server on Windows 2012 Server, currently we upload switch config files to it.

My question: can I use multiple root directories based on IP addresses or Users? I would like to seperate different users from seeing the content of the directory.

This program is not usefull without user isolation.
