Hello community, we use svm already and try to create a detailed report of all vSphere changes for auditing and compliance reason. In example, who changed the vCPU on VM "WebServer"? What was the value before and after the change? (change vCPU from 2 to 4) who enable ssh service? When? who longed into the esx console via root? something compare to VMware Auditing and Reporting with NetWrix VMware Change Reporter Is this already possible with SVM 5.1? If not is such a report on the development road map? best regards, Sven

vSphere Change auditing

Hello community,

we use svm already and try to create a detailed report of all vSphere changes for auditing and compliance reason.

In example,

who changed the vCPU on VM "WebServer"?
What was the value before and after the change? (change vCPU from 2 to 4)
who enable ssh service? When?
who longed into the esx console via root?

something compare to VMware Auditing and Reporting with NetWrix VMware Change Reporter

Is this already possible with SVM 5.1? If not is such a report on the development road map?
