Is there a way to have the text in a field automatically increment?

I am using the tool to run a test on an order system, but it requires a unique PO number for every order. Can the tool automatically increment a variable in some way as to have a changing number? Also, can you run the tool with a command line to automatically load and run a recording? Thanks!
