
I am trying to add a new user into Ipmonitor, but im getting a pop up message saying:

[Password] does not match the one you currently use to access ipMonitor. Your password will not be sent in clear text.

how can i create a user , if this keeps popping up?

Where are you getting this, logging into the app front end or when creating the user?

If you are using ipMonitor 10.0.1 or previous, it will ask you for two passwords:
-Your Current Password: This is the password of the account you are currently logged in as.
-New Password: This is the password of the new account you are creating.
The former has been removed in ipMonitor 10.5.
