
30 Day Eval of CatTools 3.6.0 running on Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit workstation.
Created the .ini and .txt script files. The custom device doesn't don't show up in the device wizard.
No devices show up as "Custom" Have restarted the user interface as well a rebooted the workstation.
"Custom" does not show up as a vendor, nor does a device "Custom.PaloAlto.Firewall" show up.
File named Custom.PaloAlto.Firewall.ini in c:\Program Files(x86)\CatTools3\Devices\
Script file in \Scripts named Custom.PaloAlto.Firewall.txt

Found my answer, and it's a wierd one.
I created the file by copying it, and editing it with an old version of TextPad.
Something not right with the way the program saved the file.
Recreated the file using just dumb ol notepad.
Working ok.

Very wierd. You may want to compare the content of the two files to see what TextPad did to the .INI file.
