Map Custom Fields

Hi,

My CSV file will have the following information in which, the fields that are in BOLD letters, i could not figure out the attribute i should select from map custom field. Please help.

First name
Last name
Display name
Description
Office - Location of the User
Telephone number
E-mail
User logon name - Windows 2003 AD user name
User logon name (pre-Windows 2000) - Additional field available in AD
Password
Profile path
Logon script
Job Title
Department
Company
Group - Default Security and Distribution Group
