VMware topology - Does APM/SAM stand alone know how to line up vCenter?

I installed SAM 5 Beta 4 and Beta 5 and it discovered the guests and hosts in my vCenter, but it doesn't put the hosts under the the vCenter even though it show the hosts (so there are two, one managed and one unmanaged)

Am I alone in this issue, or has anyone else looked at this?

I was thinking about installing NPM to see if that causes it to line them up right, but I wanted to see if anyone from SW wants to look at it first.
