NMP Upgrade from 10.1.2 to 10.2 - Database Configuration Error

Hi

I got the following error when upgrading from 10.1.2 to 10.2. Halfway through the Configuration Wizard I got

Database Configuration failed:* Error while executing script - Backup, file manipulation operations (such as ALTER DATABASE ADD FILE) and encryption changes on a database muct be serialised. Reissue the statement after the current backup or the file manipulation operation is completed

Could some please assist? We are currently running NPM 10.1.2 on SQL 2008 R2 but are currently down due to this error
