There are two basic things you can check.
1. Do you have the "Make this Report available from the Orion website" option checked in the report (this should be checked by default)? If not, check that option, save the report and try again.
2. Did you pay attention to the Report Group you put that report in? If you made a new group, but aren't seeing that group on the Reports website, try changing the Report Group to one of the existing groups and see if that report shows up in the existing group.

If this is a separate web console server did you copy the reports from the server report writer is on, to the web console server?
Did you save them in a new reports folder? They would need to be in the /Reports folder to show up on the web console, as well as having the "Make this Report available from the Orion website" option checked. If you saved them in a different folder, you would need to modify the account to have that folder selected for the reports folder. Hope this helps.
There is no separate web console server, the reports were saved in the default location, i have created some custom reports in the past - they appear fine.

If you are viewing the site through an additional web server, that could be the issue. Your custom reports need to be copied to the same location on the additional Web Console.

No they are on the same webserver at the moment. However what I did was create the reports again and they appeared. I just deleted the old non functioning report.

I'm having the same issue, i created a copy of a canned report, renamed it, saved it to the reports directory and it will not show up in the report in report writer or the web console.
