EOC 1.3.0.803 - Clock displaying incorrect time on refresh

Not a major concern, but our NOCC brought it up. The Clock does not appear to update on the EOC Home page unless you switch tabs and switch back.

This issue was fixed in EOC 1.3 SP1, please update your EOC to the latest SP.
