What exactly do you mean by a map view? You can expand the hierarchy of the supernets, subnets, and groups in the Manage Subnet page.
Regarding the report, you would just want to see the "containers" and not any of the specific addreses, right?

Yes, in the report we would only want to see containers. And, would like the ability to click on the container and you are hyperlinked to the specific Managed Subnet page.
