Solarwinds and Eng Toolset

I use Solarwinds to monitor all our Global Network equipments and Servers.  Our network engineers and system admins have been depending on this to watch over our infrastructure 24/7.  The Eng Toolset is beautiful, especially the switch port mapper tool for tracking and tracing hundred of machines across the network.  Keep up the good work Solarwinds.

      I installed Solarwinds Toolset. Very nice and complete suite of tools. Thanks!

      I work in a very busy lab network, with tons to design, to deploy, to fix, etc. Especially to fix.! Toolset has helped us identify issues before they become a bigger problem. However, we havent been able to use it to help us to identify the source or the reason why we suffer dropped packets a couple of times a day for 5 minutes or so. When we use the "max/min/avg response time and packet loss" chart, it shows the higher reponse time and packet loss. This event creates a lot of issues.What should we look for, to help us identify why we get occassional but daily dropped packets?
