I had allocated 3 months for this project as I have never worked with SolarWinds products before, but the rollout took less than ONE month as most of the setup is very intuitive.
I managed to meet ALL of my KPI's using Orion plus the App Mmonitor, AND it gave us a whole lot more.
I've learned more about my network & server performance in the last week than I knew in the last year.
Real-time alerts have made it possible to keep all the key people in the loop via email, and soon to be SMS as well.
Support response on my one minor setup query was rapid & to the point.
