That error was previously resolved during SP3. I'm not sure why you would still receive this- you might want to open a support ticket or read through some of these posts for a workaround thwack.com/.../SearchResults.aspx or re-apply SP3. I have not seen the SNMP screen shot before. -
How do I retrieve device information through the Orion SDK?
The Device Tracker search page, found at /Orion/UDT/SearchResults.aspx shows a list of devices on the network. How can I get this same information through the SDK? -

You have to add the custom poller to your node view. So go in the Admin Page -> Manage Views then create a new View for a node that has a custom poller. Once your in the view you can go under Node Gauge or Node Chart and select custom poller. Regarding the alert example see this thread or read through some of these… -
