| Biography: | I joined Solarwinds March of 2008 in our Support Department. I moved to the Federal Sales Engineering Position November of 2011. I have a long history with Solarwinds Software. When I first started working in a Help Desk Setting in the Military, the first day was looking at Solarwinds Orion v7 and responding to Phone calls about the Network Availability. I also have worked extensively with DameWare in my Help Desk Position using the Mini Remote Control and NT Utilities to connect to a Users system to resolve various Software issues around the country without leaving my desk. I have been to multiple locations from Fort Hood to Iraq, Solarwinds seems to have always been in my back pocket of tools for an IT Admin. I have been Deployed twice, one in Support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2005-2006 in Kosovo as a Help Desk and Network Admin, and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008-2009 to work as Network Operations and Computer Support Manager and Trainer. I have a SCP Certification, and also have extensive knowledge of Windows, Cisco systems, and extensive SQL knowledge. |
