| Biography: | IT professional with 11+ years experience working in and supporting a Network Operation Center for a Managed Service Provider including 6 years as the NOC manager. Have been responsible for network monitoring platforms and have been supporting multiple SolarWinds implementations for the last 6 years. I have moved on from the MSP and now manage the SolarWinds platform for a Fortune 500 company supporting a large enterprise network. Outside of work I have a lovely wife who has given me two beautiful little girls which consume the majority of my time. When not at work or playing with the kids you will find me spouting off useless trivia or quoting movie lines that have been embedded in my brain over the years. I have been known to draw out on a white board the concepts behind warp theory (yeah I’m that guy) which has given me the nickname “Sheldon” by some of my peers. |
