| Biography: | Jerold Swan (aka Jay) currently works as a network engineer for a mid-sized company in the energy industry, where he works on projects related to routing & switching, VoIP, security, and network monitoring. He is Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) #17783, and has been a co-author or technical editor on several Cisco Press books. He likes Solarwinds products despite being a dyed-in-the-wool command-line and Linux geek. When not geeking out indoors he enjoys getting outdoors at home in southwest Colorado.
