The reporting capability of this product is far behind what it should be at this stage in it's life cycle.
It's not a huge amount of work at all but reports need to be improved, below are some suggestions:
- Customisable reports (run for specific time periods, include a mix of dashboard and data export data).
- Data / Graph ranges need to match. Reports as of V5 display only a small amount of data and don't fill the report.
These reports ultimately should be able to be reviewed my management or within capacity planning sessions.
The current reports fall short.
