Custom templates for OES services on Linux

I finally got around to creating some templates to monitor Novell processes running on OES2 SP3. I've divided the process into three groups:

• Standard OES services - includes things like LDAP, eDirectory, SLP, NTP, X-Tier, etc.
• NCP/NSS services - includes NCP and DFS services, and SMS
• iPrint services - processes that provide iPrint services

For the most part, these are straight SNMP process monitors, although I've thrown in a couple of TCP Port monitors where they are applicable. I've also imported in the LDAP monitor that ships with APM.
